S.T.A.B.L.E
S.T.A.B.L.E., the most widely distributed and implemented neonatal education program that teaches post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick infants, is now available as a fully online course.
S.T.A.B.L.E. stands for the six assessment and care modules in the program:
S – Sugar & Safe Care
T – Temperature
A – Airway
B – Blood Pressure
L – Lab Work
E – Emotional Support
S.T.A.B.L.E. is an excellent course that compliments NRP with post resuscitation care considerations.
S.T.A.B.L.E. focuses on post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick infants. It is designed for physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, respiratory therapists, and nursing assistants who will be involved in the care of these infants.
This course was designed to improve post-resuscitation care of infants and teaches pre-transport stabilization for hospitals that may not have a NICU. The course is recommended for all perinatal healthcare providers who care for infants post resuscitation.
This is an evidence-based interactive program. While 5.5 hours of CE credit are provided, there are many resources included in the online course that provide considerably more than 5.5 hours of information for students who wish to explore deeper into the course content.
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar & Safe Care, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, Emotional Support) is now offered as a fully online course that focuses on post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick infants.
